Touchbase is a customer-success and follow-up portal that keeps your team in rhythm with every prospect and customer. After a good conversation it sets the next touch 5–7 days out; after a missed call it retries the next working day; and follow-ups that would land on a weekend roll forward to the next working day. What is Payable?
Payable is a collections portal that turns chasing overdue payments into a single, self-organising worklist. Each collector opens Payable to see today's calls — already sorted into overdue, due today and upcoming — with every customer account carrying one next-follow-up date. It is customer-centric, so one call covers every outstanding invoice, and after each call it auto-schedules the next follow-up two to three working days out, skipping weekends. It is available at payable.techstrate.in.
Are Touchbase and Payable secure and multi-tenant?
Yes. Both are multi-tenant and secure by design — each organisation's data is fully isolated, passwords are hashed, and CSRF protection is applied to every action, with a complete timestamped audit trail behind each account. In Touchbase every caller only sees the contacts assigned to them, and an admin can reset a caller's password in one click.
Do Touchbase and Payable need email or SMS gateways?
No. There are no email or SMS gateways to configure. Reminders and alerts live inside the app and are generated the moment a user opens their portal, so there is nothing external to set up or maintain.
Can Allans set up Touchbase or Payable for our team?
